OUR MANDATE

Never before has mental health awareness been so important for so many. At The Faculty we are doing all we can to place the heath and well-being of our team and our clients at the forefront of our work ethos. A happy and heathy mind is more productive, acutely more focused and our work is better! As part of this mandate we ensure that our team is not required to look at emails, text or to take phone calls between the hours of 7pm and 9am on a working day. In-fact we encourage the opposite!

If your email does reach us between these times it will be our priority to reply to you as soon as we open our devices at 9am the following morning. We’re always available for emergencies and have experienced only increased productivity as a result of this initiative. We also actively encourage any comments or suggestions from you that you feel may help us to better manage this ideology and hope that you too can implement something similar if you are not doing so already.
